5. Prices and Invoicing
Prices are shown in Costa Rican colones (₡) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) according to current legislation.

6. Payments

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout the national territory by certified courier or Correos de Costa Rica.
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on the customer’s location.

8. Returns and Exchanges
The customer may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of 8 business days after receipt, in accordance with Law 7472 on Consumer Protection, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Returns of opened or handled food products are not accepted.

Our products have a guarantee of quality and satisfaction.
In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, Comercializadoras de Cafés Selectos D’ta Ltda. will assume the costs of replacement or refund.
